Payment Options: Personal checks (must clear for 7-10 working days before shipping), money orders, cashiers checks, international money orders, Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.
Shipping and Insurance: Not included in the sales price and will be added at time of purchase. I ship by Registered/Insured mail in the US. Insured shipping is required and there are no exceptions. International buyers are required to pay insurance and their own Customs/Duties in their country.
Layaways: Available from 90 days to 1 year, payments to be divided equally. There are no money refunds on layaway dolls under any circumstances, however, I will be glad to issue a Store Credit for any future purchase on dolls or other items on my website. Monthly payments are to be made in a timely manner.
Returns: Accepted if dolls are not as described. I will offer a 3-day return policy, as long as it is returned in the same condition as sent. Items must be fully insured when returned and shipping/insurance costs will NOT be refunded.
