Description: This is a beautiful EJ Jumeau, size 6, 16" tall, with the face of the early EJ Jumeau! She is free of hairlines, breaks or repairs. She has gorgeous blue eyes, marked head and body with original patina and no repainting or repairs. Body is the 8 ball jointed body with straight wrists. Pierced ears with blue Jumeau color beads. Tiny earflake on the left earhole.No eyechips on the eyes! New long blonde mohair wig has been replaced on the doll, cork pate, lovely costume in burgandy wool crepe fabric, antique silk velvet waistband and silk ribbon trim and a matching bonnet. She has a slip and matching pantaloons, lace socks and bronze leather shoes with #1 on them and a greyhound and PARIS. I have never seen this mark before. The left eye has a little deeper cut than the right. This was common in the dolls, as it is hard to always get them to match perfectly! Her bisque is lovely. I see 2 pepper spots and 2 paint brush lines up top in the forehead. I also see a 1/4" mold line on the mold line on the left side which is not damage. Beautiful little EJ, hard to come across the smaller sized EJ's!!
