Description: Here is a small sized antique straw bonnet for a small doll. The Bru Jne modeling it, is 14 1/2" tall. It fits her fine, but it could go on a smaller doll. It is 6 1/2" tall and 5" side to side. It has some paper stuffing inside the bonnet to make it poof out for the pictures. It can be removed and it would be flat. It has gathered and scalloped cotton fabric on the back of the bonnet. I believe this bonnet is Victorian era. It has an aging patina going on in the fabric, which is to be expected with the age. It is tan in color. There is also a bow on top of the poof in the back of the bonnet. It does have strings for tying, but they are short for the Bru's head.
